Soli Jehangir Sorabjee (English – Soli Jehangir Sorabjee) is an Indian jurist and former Legal professional Basic of India.

Soli Jehangir Sorabji was born on 9 March 1930 in Bombay.
Soli Sorabji studied at St. Xavier’s Faculty, Mumbai and Authorities Regulation Faculty, Mumbai, he was admitted to the bar in 1953. On the Authorities Regulation Faculty, he was awarded the Kinloch Forbes Gold Medal in Roman Regulation and Jurisprudence (1952).
- He served as Particular Rapporteur to the United Nations Human Rights Fee since 1997.
- He was then appointed an Honorary Member of the Order of Australia (A.M.) “for service to the bilateral authorized relations between Australia and India”.
- He was awarded the Padma Vibhushan in March 2002 for his protection of freedom of expression and safety of human rights.
- In March 2006 he was appointed an Honorary Member of the Affiliation of Australia (For Service to the Authorized Relations of India) (Australia).
